Description
Rokuhan NERV-Evangelion Shiki 800 B2 Beam Transformer Car w/Locomotive T037-3
NERV-Evangelion Shiki 800 B2 w/Locomotive
The Shiki 800 large car transports large transformers used at power plants and substations. It is a privately owned freight car owned by Nippon Express. The car rides on eight two-axis bogie trucks, for a total of 16 wheels. Since transformers are heavier than normal freight, the car disperses the weight over the rails. Locomotives such as the Rokuhan, EF65, EF210, DD51 and DE10 are typically used to haul such cars. In addition, the Yo 8000 car was often connected for attendant use. The actual vehicle was discontinued in March 2020 when the operation of the transformer was completed in November 2019.
The T032-1 can be configured to reproduce the appearance of using the “B2 beam”, “B2 beam only (forwarding state)”, “B2 beam plus the C beam (empty vehicle forwarding state)” and “B2 beam plus the C beam and the transformer load.
The DD51 locomotive is modeled on the first locomotive, “1028”, which lead the Shiki 880 when three locomotives were used to haul multiple cars.
・Minimum running radius is R145.
・A rear reflector is included.
・The car rides on an all new NC-3C bogie with small diameter wheels
・The transformer loaded is being offered with the cooperation of “Toko Takatake Co., Ltd.”
